For chemicals, MOQ is 1 ton (one 1 MT jumbo bag) for most products. For new buyers, we often accept trial orders of 500 kg. For dosing equipment, MOQ is 1 unit.
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, D/P, and for established customers open account terms. We accept USD, EUR, AED, SAR, IDR, ZAR, and CNY.
Yes. Free samples up to 1 kg for most products (you cover the courier cost, ~$30–80). Sample dispatch within 7 days. We also offer free jar test evaluation if you send us your water analysis.
Yes. We routinely issue Form E certificates for Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and other ASEAN destinations. This allows duty-free import under the China-ASEAN FTA.
For in-stock items, 7–15 days to FOB Qingdao / Shanghai. For custom specifications (e.g. specific PAM molecular weight), 15–25 days. We can hold inventory for ongoing supply contracts.
Yes. SGS, BV, CCIC, TUV and Intertek are all accepted. Inspection fees are typically borne by the buyer; we provide full pre-shipment support. CCIC standard for in-stock batches at our cost.
Yes. Free remote technical support for the lifetime of the product — jar test, dosage optimization, troubleshooting. Optional on-site commissioning for dosing system orders. Engineering reports in English / Chinese / Arabic.
12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment (whichever comes first). Spare parts kit included with every order. Lifetime technical support regardless of warranty status.
