Why bundles

The fastest path from problem to running plant

Specifying a water treatment system traditionally means coordinating 3–5 different suppliers: chemical manufacturer, dosing pump maker, skid fabricator, PLC integrator, instrumentation vendor. Solution packages collapse that complexity to one.

  • Chemicals and equipment pre-matched — no field re-engineering
  • Single point of contact, single warranty, single contract
  • Engineering support: jar test, dosage calculation, P&ID review
  • Pre-negotiated logistics: chemicals + equipment ship together
  • Commissioning and start-up support by Hua Quan engineers
  • Optional remote monitoring for the first 6 months
Package 01

Municipal Phosphorus & Nitrogen Package

For wastewater plant upgrade to Class IA / IV discharge standards. Removes total phosphorus, total nitrogen and suspended solids; conditions sludge for mechanical dewatering. Common in Middle East municipal WWTP tenders and EU plant retrofits.

Process flow

Pre-anoxic → Aeration → Post-anoxic → Chemical P-removal → Clarifier → Filtration
Chemicals
PAC (phosphorus removal) Sodium acetate (denitrification) Cationic PAM (sludge dewatering)
Equipment
PAC dosing skid (1–5 m³/hr) Carbon source dosing system PAM maturation unit (3-stage) PLC control cabinet with HMI
Typical dosages
PAC: 80–150 mg/L (P removal) Acetate: 3–6 mg/L per mg NO₃-N CPAM: 2–4 kg/ton dry sludge
Target: Municipal WWTP upgrades · Middle East · EU · China

Package 02

Mining Tailings Flocculation Package

For thickener overflow clarity, tailings dewatering and gold CIP/CIL recovery. Heavy-duty high-molecular-weight APAM paired with PAC for pre-coagulation. Used by coal, nickel, copper, tin, iron and gold operations across Southeast Asia and Africa.

Process flow

Slurry → Pre-coagulation (PAC) → Flocculation (APAM) → Thickener / Centrifuge → Clarified water recycle
Chemicals
Anionic PAM (high MW, 12–18 million) PAC (pre-coagulation, optional) Gold recovery activated carbon (for CIP/CIL)
Equipment
Large PAM maturation system (3–10 m³/hr) Multi-point dosing panel Flow control cabinet with flow-proportional mode Online turbidity monitor (effluent)
Typical dosages

Package 03

Oil & Gas Produced Water Package

For upstream produced water, refinery effluent, cooling tower blowdown and oily wastewater. Coagulation breaks the emulsion; flocculation aggregates the oil droplets; fiber-ball filters polish to spec. Designed for hot, saline, hydrocarbon-laden streams in the Gulf region.

Process flow

Produced water → Coagulation (PAC) → Flocculation (APAM) → Fiber ball filter → Polishing → Discharge / Re-injection
Chemicals
PAC (emulsion breaking) Anionic PAM (flocculation) Fiber ball filter media (oil removal)
Equipment
Dual-tank dosing system (PAC + APAM) Corrosion-resistant SS316 pumps Online oil-in-water monitor ATEX-rated control cabinet (optional)
Typical dosages
PAC: 100–300 mg/L APAM: 1–5 mg/L Fiber ball: 6-month replacement
Target: Saudi Arabia · UAE · Kuwait · Oman · Iraq

Don't see your application?

These three packages cover the most common requests we receive. But the real value of one-supplier accountability shines when we engineer a custom package for your specific stream, site and budget.

  • Textile & dye wastewater — combined decolourant + PAC + CPAM
  • Aquaculture & recirculating systems — PAC + biological boosters
  • Pharma & fine chemical — specialty coagulants + carbon polishing
  • Landfill leachate — PAC + PFS + ammonia stripping + carbon
  • Power plant cooling water — scale inhibitor + biocide programs
